Another good day brocanting on Sunday, but a bit nearer to home this time, in the lovely Puligny Montrachet. The dealers were well tucked into the wine by 9am, and who can blame them?
It’s always a delightful day, and although it had rained hard all night, the day was sunny and perfect (but hence the need for the wellies). The sellers were out in force and the streets were lined with stalls, making life interesting for the guys in the Maserati and R8 who were trying to get to the Montrachet to check in, tee hee!
These photos were taken by David when we returned to Puligny together in the afternoon. I did the brocante on my own in the morning and had to do three trips to the car with my purchases – and where was David when I needed him then?!
